AMC Theatres Now Also Taking Shiba Inu for Payments

On Tuesday, AMC Theatres CEO Adam Aron said it will also start accepting memecoin Shiba Inu for payments.

After Aron announced last week that Bitcoin and Ethereum would be accepted before the end of the year with the servies in place, AMC will be the first business to start accepting Shiba Inu within two to four months.

BitPay, already partnering with the global theatre chain on Dogecoin giftcards, will handle payment processing services for all cryptocurrencues. The available options users can choose from will soon be Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Shiba Inu.
